We are looking for a deputy manager to join our Growing Beans Nursery located in Norbury (SWW16 4EU)
Requirements :
- Must be able to work with 0 - 3 year olds
- Available for immediate start or 1 month notice.
- Must have valid qualification
- Preferable experience as a Senior Room leader or Deputy Manager
- Level 3+ in Childcare
Dr. Caroline Curtis started Lucky Beans Childcare with a clear vision. As a positive psychologist, she wanted to create a space in which she could provide positive parenting and strengths-based methods for nurturing children, enabling them to thrive in these important and foundational years.
Dr. Curtis found that traditional nursery settings lacked focus, they seemed more like a place to keep children busy and distracted rather than a place designed for them to develop their young minds and learn important life skills.
With this in mind, she decide to create the Lucky Beans Childcare curriculum. It's a fresh, new approach to early years education that is designed to help each child grow in their own way. Lucky Beans offers a bespoke approach to childcare, noting that children all develop at different paces and in different ways.
