Nurse Seekers are excited to be working with a new company who provide specialist residential and therapeutic services to children and young adults with a variety of social, behavioural and mental health challenges in Gloucester.

The Role

Our client is looking for an exceptional RMN Nurse preferably with experience in working with children in residential care or an in-patient CAMHS service. You will provide a specialist mental health service to the client group within a CQC registered rural Children and Young People s home.

As an RMN nurse working for our client you will be responsible for participating in a therapeutic service, guiding further assessment and providing intervention needs. You will work alongside other clinical and residential staff to update and manage care plans together with senior staff.

Requirements

* Highly developed communication skills (both verbally and written)
* Ability to communicate highly complex, sensitive information to children, families and other professionals
* Experience with children, young people and their families preferred but not essential as full training is provided
* NMC Registration
* Skills and experience in complex Psychological assessment, intervention and management.
