Helping with personal care, medication management, meals, hydration and social activities, these are just a few of the services we provide but every day is different when you work in care. The Area Manager position is part office and part community based as we feel it is important to work with our team and Service users. They will take part in the On call rota, provide training to Support workers and play a role in their personal development, update and implement policy, schedule visits, undertake quality audits and risk assess working environments.

NEW STARTER GRANTS are available to anyone who is new to social care, or may have previously worked in the sector in a different role. Essential skills/Experience Management experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Must have good written and spoken English skills. You need to be able to work as a team but also work off own initiative. A level 3 or 4 qualification in Health and Social care
Ideal Candidate/Profile Applicants require a driving licence with access to their own vehicle Applicants must have some evening and alternate weekend capacity Applicants must be over 18 and eligible to work in the UK Most importantly, applicants must be kind, caring and compassionate
