We are looking for reliable, experienced and dedicated support workers with a passion for caring to welcome to our ever-growing teams currently covering the borough of Manchester supporting both adults and children with complex care needs at home and out in the community.

Our recruitment team work with the client and their families to ensure that care professionals recruited are ‘compatible’ with the clients. We successfully create this match by taking into account client and support worker requirements, location, personalities, history, interests and hobbies.
Preferably applicants who have experience/training in the following Hoisting, Tracheostomy Care, Aquire Brain Injuries and Enteral Feeding (PEG), however training will be provided.
(You will be integrated into an established team, we can provide hours from 6-40+ hours per week, you will be required to work a minimum of two weekends a month)*

Training is provided for our Complex Care roles however we’re preferably seeking candidates with experience and/or training within Tracheostomy Care, PEG Feeding, Spinal injuries, Acquired Brain Injuries etc.)
Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:
Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
Full clean drivers license
NVQ Level 2 (Minimum or working towards obtaining)
Experience of providing complex care (e.g. Tracheostomy, PEG Feeding, Epilepsy etc.)
Content on working alternate weekends
