We are hiring for Advanced Senior Support Workers to lead our support teams in our exciting new adventure at Margaret’s Close where we will be supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health and forensic backgrounds who have suffered from trauma in their lives as part of the Transforming Care Programme.
Since 1998 we have been providing quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental illness, complex physical and emotional needs. Our goal is to provide a settled, safe and fulfilling environment that meets the needs of each individual that we support.

We are looking for people who can;

Experience of working at Senior Support Worker Level
Experience of supervising and developing the potential of people we employ
Experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities, highly complex needs and challenging behaviors
Knowledge of delivering and leading others to deliver positive behaviour support, trauma and risk management
Experience of designing, developing and delivering aspirational and outcome-based support plans
Recognising the need for and have the ability to deliver resilience support
Self-awareness and the importance of reflective practice
Someone who has or is working towards their Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
