A part-time position for a carer has become available in our care home for approximately 12-18 hours per week. This includes 8am to 8pm Sundays. This is an ideal opportunity for people who have other commitments but wish to maintain a permanent position of employment. Windsor Lodge is an outstanding Care home (CQC registered) caring for 8 older people. This enables person-centred care to be practiced, respecting the rights and preferences of each individual. The role involves caring for and supporting individuals to live a fulfilled life as they are able, but with the support of caring staff. The role involves personal care, activities and writing care plans and assessing individuals’ needs. You will be supported into the role by a mentor or buddy and all training provided.
We believe in working well as a team and supporting each other as staff, as well as the individuals we care for. We do not use agency and have a history of great retention of staff.

Windsor Lodge is a care home for the elderly set in 10 acres of idyllic landscaped gardens in South Buckinghamshire. It is conveniently located near Gerrards Cross, making it easy to reach from the M25 and M40. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with a “home from home” environment which is tailored to their specific needs and requirements. Our independent home has nine rooms which enable us to focus on the needs of each resident.
