To provide a service of care to clients to enable them to lead an independent lifestyle as possible.
The care service will involve a programme of personal care, support needs and management which will be stated clearly in each clients Support Plan and Risk assessment.
£25,000 - up to 1 year experience 0 £12.82ph
£27,000 - 2+ years experience or £14.10ph
37.5 hours per week and alternate weekends required
Or 20 hrs guaranteed
Part time roles - Weekday evenings available 6 to 10pm and split of working 7am to 1 pm 4 to 10 on alternate weekends

We support clients in their own home, to provide consistently high standards of care to people using the service in accordance with the Eden Care at Home philosophy, policies, CCG guidelines, the General Social Care Council Code and The Fundamental Standards of Care.
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle with suitable licence and insurance for domiciliary care role.
Shifts: 7am to 2.30pm with a 30 minute break and 2.30pm to 10pm
