Pathfield Nursery is a very welcoming private setting located to close walking distance to Streatham Common and Streatham train station. We cater for children aged 1-5. We are opened all year, except for one week in December. Our opening hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, well experienced and qualified part-time or full time Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team and to work with children aged two to five.
Job description
- Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and nurturing environment by promoting children's emotional stability, independence and creativity.
- Stimulate children through challenging and engaging activities and carry out purposeful observations.
- Develop and maintain appropriate positive behaviour strategies with children
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Develop and maintain a partnership with the parents and value their contributions
- Ensure all correct policies, procedures and practices are adhered to.
