Monday - Wednesday L3 Qualified Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner you will be part of the nursery team, supporting your colleagues and being responsible for the children in your room. You will assist in the daily running of the nursery room and educational activities, whilst providing a positive and secure relationship for your children and their families and playing a significant role in daily care and development of each child.
Essential qualifications & experience
- Commit to being part of a healthy/happy team
- Bring new ideas and embrace change
- Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare
- Previous experience working and caring for children from 0-5 years / a willingness to undertake relevant childcare qualifications in the future.
-As a key worker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met.
- Prioritise the safeguarding of children.
- Build close relationships with parents and carers and report daily on their child’s time at Nursery.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
24 hours per week, 3 days 8pm til 6pm.

Activities are tailored in the nursery to meet children’s needs. For children to grow and develop, they need an enabling environment that supports their progress at each stage. Your child’s Key Worker and the team in their room make resources and activities available according to direct observation of the children in their care.
Snack time, lunch and tea are seen as an integral and social part of our day. Staff eat alongside the children and ensure a positive atmosphere during meals and snacks, which are prepared on site with balanced nutrition in mind by our experienced Executive Chef.
