Supporting individuals with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and toileting Assisting with medication administration and accurate documentation in line with care plans Preparing meals and supporting eating and drinking where required Promoting independence and encouraging service users to engage in daily living tasks Building positive relationships with individuals and their families Supporting emotional wellbeing and recognising changes in behaviour or needs Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment Maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
A caring and compassionate approach A strong commitment to putting people first Good communication and teamwork skills Experience is preferred but not essential – full training provided A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (30p per mile fuel allowance paid) Availability to work weekends (please share availability on application)
