Community Care Assistant

Full-Time or Part-Time Community Healthcare Worker

Location: Rochdale, Middleton, Heywood and Chadderton.

Hours: Various shifts available - alternate weekend availability essential

As a Community Healthcare Worker, you'll be supporting individuals in their own homes — helping them live independently, with dignity and respect. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team that values you as much as the people we care for.

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes.

Support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, and companionship.

Promote independence and well-being at every opportunity.

Travel between clients within your local area.

Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records.

What We're Looking For

Access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence – essential for this role.

A genuine passion for caring for others.

Reliability, compassion, and great communication skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in care is helpful but not essential — full training is provided!
