Field Supervisor - Full time (40hours)

We are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and manage our team in the Health and Social industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in Care and understand CQC regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and support a team of care workers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor the quality of care provided, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct audits, spot checks, supervisions, and assessments with new and existing clients.
- Provide induction and shadowing support to new staff in the field.
- Respond effectively to client queries and complaints, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Compile and submit accurate weekly reports to management.
- Maintain and monitor PPE inventory levels and place orders as required.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth communication between field and office operations.Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the health and social care industry
- Strong knowledge of CQC guidance and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and clients effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required
