Salary from £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role: This is a varied and rewarding position that combines team development, quality assurance, and office-based administration.
You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while supporting our CareAngels to thrive in their roles.
With this full-time role, you will also participate in our out-of-hours on-call rota and provide care support when required to ensure our clients always receive the highest standard of service.
Your Responsibilities - As our Field Care Supervisor, you will:

Support capacity planning and work closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Manager
- Investigate and resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach

Carry out supervisions, competency assessments, observations, and mentoring sessions
- Support shadowing and induction of new Care Assistants and Support Workers
- Complete audits and quality assurance checks to maintain our high standards
- Promote a positive culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated

Be a Team Leader and lead by example, championing our values of compassion, professionalism, reliability, and excellence

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and business use insurance
- Minimum of 2 years' hands-on care experience
- Minimum of 1 year in a senior care or office-based care role
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Care Certificate
- Experience using care management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills
