What you'll be doing:
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in providing high quality, person centred care to our residents. You will support residents with their daily needs, promote their independence and dignity and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, valued and respected.
You will work as part of a caring and supportive team, following individual care plans and helping residents with personal care, meals, mobility and daily activities. The role also involves building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues, while working closely with the wider care team to ensure residents receive the best possible standard of care.

Working Hours:
Primarily, you'll be working throughout the night on a 24 hours per week contract, which consists of 2 x 12 hour shifts - there is potential to pick up extra day shifts to top up your hours.
You must be available for alternate weekends.
What we are looking for:
- Experienced as a Care Assistant and ideally you would've supported residents with dementia
- Driving isn't essential
- Male and females are welcome to apply
