What you'll be doing:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high quality, person centred care to our residents. You will support residents with their daily needs, promote their independence and dignity and ensure they feel safe, valued and respected.
You will also provide guidance and support to care staff during your shift, helping to maintain high standards of care and ensuring care plans and procedures are followed. The role includes working closely with residents, families, colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for those in our care.

Working Hours:
Primarily, you'll be working throughout the day on a 36 hours per week contract, which consists of 3 x 12 hour shifts.
However, some shifts vary from a minimum of 6 hours
You must be available for alternate weekends.
What we are looking for:
- Experienced as a Senior Care Assistant and supporting residents with dementia
- Confident in ordering and administering medication
- Strong leadership skills
- Ideally, you would hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Driving isn't essential
