9am - 5pm 5 days per week, occasional weekends and overtime will be required.
Safeguarding best practice- maintaining a professional service that is both legally and ethically sound
To support the staff members at all times
Oversee the day to day running of the home
Doing Staff weekly Rotas
Be present at care plan meetings, other meetings that are required

In addition to our semi-independent living we also undertake respite care, urgent placement requests and medium to long term referrals for children and young people.

We have an open, honest and empathetic approach which enables us to build a trusting relationship with young people, we specialise in working with
medium to high risk young people who maybe at risk of criminal exploitation, sexual exploitation, gang culture, knife crime, county lines and modern slavery.
Our aim is to ensure inclusion, growth, engagement, development of key life skills and independence.
In addition to our accommodation we offer a transport service for children and young people, our staff are highly trained and we firmly believe in a calm and nurturing approach to de-escalate situations as this negates the need to use restraints
