Job Requirements / Description


To work with children and Young people according to their needs, providing focused work as planned and directed 


To assist in co-ordinating activities to promote physical wellbeing and emotional resilience 

To ensure procedures for security, monitoring, administration and control of medication are followed


To safeguard the young people in our care

To help build independence, & teach life skills, helping them towards semi-independent living


Understand all company Policies & Procedures


9am - 5pm 5 days per week, occasional weekends and overtime will be required.


Safeguarding best practice- maintaining a professional service that is both legally and ethically sound


To support the staff members at all times


Oversee the day to day running of the home 


Doing Staff weekly Rotas


Be present at care plan meetings, other meetings that are required 

Essential skills/Experience QCF diploma level 5 in the childcare pathway Previous experience in the same job role
Ideal Candidate/Profile We are looking for a Manager to join our friendly team. We are looking for somebody who has a nurturing and calm approach and has a passion for working with young people. Candidate must hold the required qualification as they will be completing our ousted registration with us.

In addition to our accommodation we offer a transport service for children and young people, our staff are highly trained and we firmly believe in a calm and nurturing approach to de-escalate situations as this negates the need to use restraints
