We are looking to fill 2 vacancies, both for a dynamic, caring and passionate early years practitioner, (one level 2 qualified and one Level 3 qualified) to join our friendly team, at our growing and popular, beautiful pre-school setting in Bromley Common. Please see our website for the type of childcare/ethos we want to deliver, you will be part of our lovely team, delivering childcare of the highest standard in line with our vision of something a little bit different.
You will have key worker responsibilities and encourage children's learning and development through age appropriate invitations to play, building strong relationships with children, parents and carers. You will be fun, energetic, committed and have a real love for children and the outdoors.
You will be required to have an enhanced DBS, which we will organise for you.
We are a pop up setting, so on occasions you may be required to help set up and pack away, however we do employ someone separately to do this most days.
Normal hours 8am-5pm, although you will also be required to do some 7:30am starts.

The Wonder Years Bromley is run by Tracey & Kate, who are two outstanding childminders based in Bickley and Bromley North.
Our vision is to create a social environment where we can offer the best bits from childminding (home-from-home care and nurturing) while combining it with a more structured approach for 2-4 year olds. This gives them a pre-school experience, as well as the care we know is sometimes missing from a pre-school or nursery environment. Children can get lost in the crowd so our approach is to know every child inside out, putting Cultural Capital at the forefront of everything we do and catering for children's individual needs, based on their personality, interests and learning style.
