Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Skillfully incorporate the EYFS principles into activity planning.
- Recognize the importance of assessment and ensure that all children undergo the necessary statutory progress checks.
- Maintain comprehensive records documenting the development and learning journeys of assigned children, sharing these with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Engage in activities outside of regular working hours, such as training sessions and staff meetings.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, children, and parents/caregivers.
