Third Hand Healthcare Ltd, also known as Third Hand Care, is a leading care provider headquartered in Farnham, Southeast England, with services spread across Surrey and Hampshire. In cooperation with Surrey County Council, Hampshire County Council and Southampton City Council, we provide a spectrum of services including domiciliary care, supported living, floating support, and extensive outreach support.
