· To lead the implementation of the EYFS and Planning in the Moment.
· Ensuring the room is the most effective in layout and resources as it can be to support development.
· Oversee the running of the rainbow room.
· Support the manager and staff during inspections.
· Work cooperatively with outside agencies as and when required.
· Undertake any other duties as and when requested to do so by nursery management.
· Maintain a professional relationship with parents and work in partnership with them around the care of their child.
· Following care routines specific to each child such as nappy’s and sleep times and ensure that each child’s daily routine form is updated regularly.
· Present weekly feedback to the management team.
