Having established myself in the sector previously for many years, I had witnessed first- hand the lack of compassion & care being offered that did little to alleviate the suffering of those in need or help them in some tangible way to improve the quality of life they were living.
I set my mind to creating a company that would change that, for the service user & the ignored, overworked staff, a place where families and the working team can feel valued. By the end of 2018 Great North Home Care had already established a solid platform in delivering a compassionate and outstanding level of care and support.
Since then, we have grown with sincerity, not falling in the mindset of many others, and choosing profit over standards of care. I have strived to make certain, that GNHC delivers a network of care that is unique to everyone, investing heavily in systems that can transform and revolutionise the care industry.
I am grateful that I have been given this opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives, and I make a promise to all those that chose GNHC, I will endeavour to make every effort to support, guide and care with compassion to everyone who puts their trust in us.
