Charlotte and Emma met when they started new jobs at a domiciliary care company within two months of each other. Over a four year period they developed a strong working relationship and became firm friends.

With the high demand of support required for elderly people wishing to stay in their own homes within the local community they decided to start up their own company. This was made possible with the support and encouragement of the owner of the company they worked for and also the continuing support of Charlotte’s parents.

They met Nyc at a training program they attended and approached her to come onboard which she accepted.

Together they offer various support within the local community to promote freedom, respect, equality, dignity and autonomy with a person centre approach.
