Homecare Workers

Homecare Workers (Ref: HCWSW02), Stockwellcare provides quality care and support to vulnerable people in the community Experience in care is desirable but not Compulsory as full training, induction and shadowing will be provided. If you have the passion and desire to develop a career in Care sector and have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal), passionate about care provisions and responsive to the service users, etc. Typical Day to Day Role • Personal care (assist with washing, showering, bathing and toileting needs etc.) • Preparing light meals (sandwich, hot drinks) as outlined in the care plan. • Undertaking light house works. • Medication administration Requirements: • Enthusiastic and passionate care workers to support independent living • Reliable and Committed individuals • Caring individuals • Experience of or understanding of care provisions Able to use Mobile Phone (clocking in & out, care notes & Mar Chart) • Willing to undergo training • This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check • Experience in care is desirable but not Compulsory as full training, induction and shadowing will be provided. • Evidence of double doses vaccination and booster or willingness to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in future or have exemption certificate from your GP / Physician Areas of service deliveries include – SW2, SW4, SW11, SW12, SW16, SW9, SW8, SE11, SE5, SE27, SE24, SE21, etc) Full-time / Part-time / Weekends positions are available.
