This charming setting, which operates during TERM-TIME ONLY, is seeking an exceptional Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their close-knit team. With a strong emphasis on child-centred care and learning through play, this role offers a wonderful chance to have a positive impact on the early years of the 30 children in their care.
Main Responsibilities;
- Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS
- Skillfully incorporate the EYFS principles into activity planning.
- Recognize the significance of assessment and ensure that all children undergo the necessary statutory progress checks.
- To maintain records of your key children's development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers and other professionals.
- Participate in activities outside regular working hours, such as training sessions and staff meetings.
- Build strong relationships with the team, the children and parents/carers
