We’re searching for a dedicated and ambitious Care Supervisor to join our growing team at Bluebird Care Rother & Hastings, in our Rye office. What You’ll Need:
- Hands on experience in a leadership or Field Care Supervisor role within the care sector
- Full UK Driving licence and your own vehicle
- To be currently living in the Rother & Hastings area
What You’ll Receive:
- Salary from £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Additional pay for any on call work

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting regular field supervisions of healthcare assistants
- Mentoring new care assistants in the field and assisting in the monitoring of quality control
- Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards
- Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services as required in the absence of the Care Manager
- Taking part in the emergency on-call schedule on a rotational basis
- Working closely with coordinators, care manager, customers, care assistants and external third-party stakeholders

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Shifts:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
- Oncall one weekend in every 3
Experience:
- Minumum 2 years in domiciliary/home care
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
Licence/Certification:
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle (required)
- Address in the Rother & Hastings area (required)
