Support Worker at Haversham House


Daytime working hours: 8am-8pm, or, 9am-9pm. 42 hours per week, equal to 7 days per fortnight.

Night working hours (Waking Nights): 8pm-8am. 42 hours per week, equal to 7 nights per fortnight.

Part time hours are negotiable in accordance with the needs of the Service.

Bank work is available in accordance with the needs of the Service.


The Rota is completed in monthly intervals.


NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred, but not essential.

Experience preferred, but not essential.


As a Support Worker, your role will involve providing emotional and physical support to young adults with autism, learning disabilities and enduring mental health needs.


Our Service


  • At Haversham House, we support young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and enduring Mental Health Conditions.
  • We are a small residential service that supports 4 young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • We support our Service Users using a person-centred approach both at Haversham House and in the community.
