Care Worker

AQC is a forward looking Domiciliary care company and we need a FULL or PART time care worker to help us expand.

We were voted Top 20 Care Provider in the East Midlands and we are rated 10/10 on homecare.co.uk.

Pay & hours:

• Weekdays - £13ph 
• Weekends - £14.50ph
• Ealy morning starts (7:00 - 14:00) Evening shifts (16:00 - 22:00)
• Variable hours. We can be flexible.
• A share of weekend shifts (2 weeks out of 4)

Candidate specification:

• Lives locally, we operate in Ashbourne so would prefer someone who lives near to, or in Ashbourne.
• Drives and has access to their own vehicle. 
• Able to work alternate weekends.
• Kind and compassionate individual.  
• Happy to provide personal care for clients.

Job specification:

• We look after elderly people in their own homes and supply a variety of care & support services to enable them to live independently and safely.
• You will be providing a variety of tasks which will include:
• Medication support Nutritional support
• Personal care services Assistance with hospital and doctors appointments
• Companionship
• Support to go out .......and much more

We provide full initial training and ongoing support to gain qualification in Health & social care.

Working with us will you will find a fantastic caring and supportive care team. A management team that actually cares about you! We are looking for people who can provide us with a variety of shifts.

You can be experienced or inexperienced, as full training is given You MUST be a driver with access to a vehicle.

You will have a desire to work with elderly people and make a positive contribution to their health and well-being.
