We’re seeking bubbly, creative individuals who are looking for a rewarding opportunity as a professional FUN provider within a lovely elderly Nursing Home in Keswick.
The role would involve:
- Planning, organizing and overseeing a variety of activities for residents in a nursing home setting.
- Developing engaging programs that promote socialization, physical activity and mental stimulation
- Coordinating events and entertainment to enhance residents' quality of life
- Collaborating with staff to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
- Maintaining accurate records of activity participation and resident preferences
Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in care, assisted living, or nursing home settings essential
- Strong passion for providing care and improving the quality of life for residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families and staff
- Knowledge of mental health problems care practices and techniques desirable"
