Registered Nurse – Sidmouth
The Company
Nurse Seekers are excited to be working on behalf of a Nursing Home in Sidmouth. The home is set with lovely views over the Sid Valley and their own gardens, and they take a pride in providing the highest levels of care and respect for every individual.
The home provides residential care, nursing care, dementia care and respite care, and they are looking for a qualified nurse to join their well-established team.
They are looking for a qualified RGN or RMN, who has up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills. They are looking for a nurse who has a passion for providing exceptional and quality care on an individual basis. You will be keen to develop your skills, and be capable of maintaining and building close relationships with residents and their families. As a qualified nurse you will look after the physical, social and psychological needs of their residents.
Criteria
- Qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Knowledge of dementia, elderly and palliative care preferable
- Up-to-date clinical skills and knowledge of care practices laid down by the CQC
- Ability to manage workload and maintain nursing standards and records
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to undertake supervision, training and development of staff
