*Your role in Baby room:
- Providing a nurturing environment for babies and supporting their development
- Working as part of a team to provide a safe, caring and stimulating educational environment
- Supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice
- Delivering activities to support children’s learning, development, and educational needs
- Completing observations, planning and providing next steps to extend and support children’s development.
Essential skills/Experience
-To achieve and maintain high standards of care and
consistent environments for children
-Ability to communicate confidently with other
professionals, parents and children
-A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare
-2 years minimum working experience in a nursery setting
Ideal Candidate/Profile
To be flexible with regard to working hours to meet the needs of the setting, minimum of 30-40hrs per week will be considered.
To be an active learner with a desire to reflect upon how you teach and how the children in your care are developing
Self-driven and self motivated with a can do attitude.
