Cheadle Care Ltd is a small, local and independent care provider, who support young adults with a learning disability.


We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Support Worker's to join our dedicated team.


You will make a huge difference to those we support, and their families by providing person centred care.

 

As part of the role you will get involved with activities such as community farms, swimming, gardening projects and other activities tailored to the individual.

 

The required hours are mostly between 8.00-18.00 Monday- Sunday. However, to suit the needs of the individuals there are some hours during the evening and sleep ins available, all shifts are booked in advance 4-6 weeks.

 

Holding a full driving licence and the use of your own car is essential, some of the people we support do have mobility cars.

 

Hours per week : 36 hour permanent, contract available.

 

Essential skills/Experience Driver Use of own car (Would be good) Able to support to people with medication/ willing to learn. Flexible with hours Willing to complete Sleep ins Willing to go swimming, walking, attend farm settings.
Ideal Candidate/Profile Experience with learning disability Flexible with the hours Can drive Wants to make a difference to those we support Dedicated to the position. Female staff only due to supporting female individual
