Job Requirements / Description
- We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner , with a minimum Level 3 qualification.
- You will have a key worker role for a core group of children (age group to be determined).
- You will be responsible for delivering high quality education and care to all children in accordance with Bobblewood's Nature Based approach.
- You will undertake planning, observation, assessment and record keeping to ensure all children are challenged and make good progress.
- You will work as part of a team and support the needs of the wider nursery.
- Communication with parents/carers will be on a daily basis.
- The role will involve planning in accordance with the EYFS and our Nature Based Approach, establishment of high quality continuous provision, observation, assessment and record keeping.
- Cleared DBS check.
Essential skills/Experience
A good understanding of the EYFS
Level 3 Early Years qualification minimum
Nursery/Early Years Childcare experience
A love of the outdoors
Willingness to learn new skills
Good Communication skills
Ideal Candidate/Profile
We are looking for a creative, dynamic individual who has a passion for child development and working with children.
Applicants must work well in a team and understand the wider needs of the nursery.
Strong communication skills as well as ability to reflect and respond are essential.
