Nurse Seekers are delighted to be recruiting for an RVN on behalf of a friendly, independent small animal practice near Alnwick.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a close-knit team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
The practice is independently owned and has built a strong reputation for providing excellent, personalised care to both patients and clients. With a supportive team and a friendly working environment, this is an ideal opportunity for an RVN looking to join a practice where their skills and contribution are genuinely valued.
The Role
- Maternity cover on a fixed-term contract
- Small animal caseload
- Full-time or part-time hours considered
- Varied nursing responsibilities including theatre, inpatient care, nurse clinics and general nursing duties
- Working alongside an experienced and supportive veterinary team
- Excellent standards of patient and client care
About You
We are looking for an RVN who is:
- RCVS registered
- Experienced in small animal practice
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- A strong communicator with excellent client-care skills
- Enthusiastic and keen to contribute to a friendly practice environment
Newly qualified RVNs are also encouraged to apply, provided they have the right attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
