The quality and standards of our nursery are very important to us and has paid a significant part in our three previous 'outstanding' judgements. In order to maintain our standards and the quality of our care, we have a new full time and permanent position available.
The role requires an experienced Nursery Practitioner/Deputy/Manager who has a wealth of experience within the field and has high standards themselves and is therefore able to maintain ours.
Your time would be spent within the children's rooms supporting staff and monitoring good practice as well as some office based work.
You would need to be organised, work well in a team and be supportive and motivational. You will need to work with outside agencies, organise training and monitor our exciting and robust curriculum.
