Crystal Care Homecare
Crystal Care Homecare is looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated individuals to join our care team as Care Assistants.
This is a rewarding opportunity for people who are passionate about helping others remain independent in their own homes.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing and meal preparation
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with medication reminders
- Helping clients maintain independence and dignity
- Following care plans and company procedures
- Reporting any concerns or changes in client wellbeing
Training & Probation:
All successful applicants will complete full training provided by Crystal Care Homecare.
New staff members will be placed on a 3 month probation period. During this time, you will work alongside experienced carers and receive ongoing support until you feel confident working independently.
Pay Rates:
£12.71 per hour during a 3 month probation period
Increases to a base rate of £13.45 per hour
We offer 40p towards your mileage
Working Hours:
Full time and part time positions are available
Care calls start at 7am and evening calls finish at 11pm
Requirements:
- Caring, friendly and reliable nature
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- Ability to work on a rota basis
- Must be a driver with a full UK licence with access to your own vehicle
