Job Title:DEMENTIA LEAD
Location:Bromley
Salary:£40,000 to £55,000 + Benefits (depending on experience and qualifications)
As a DEMENTIA LEAD, you have responsibility for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care, which promotes independence and dignity and positively enhances the lives of individuals being cared for.
The key responsibilities of the Dementia Lead include:
- Relationship-centred Dementia Care
- Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance
- Staff Management
The key requirements for the Dementia Lead include:
- Thorough working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and experience of carrying out mental capacity assessments
- NVQ4 or 5 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards
- 4 years’ experience in long-term care of people living with Dementia
