Currently our client is looking to recruit a Clinical Home Care Nurse to help serve their clients across the community. This is a rare opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is looking for a unique challenge working with one of the country’s premier Home Care companies.
Criteria:
- Registration with the NMC.
- Able to work independently and manage your own diary.
- Strong Clinical Skills.
- Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and CQC Care Standards.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients.
- Full and Clean driving licence

- Administer prescribed medications to patients in accordance with service specific protocols.
