We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our beautiful nursery in Oundle.
Small Wonders Nursery is part of a small Group of 10 nurseries that are privately owned.
We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join are fabulous team.
You will have previous Team/Room Leader experience. Leading a team of Practitioners and Apprentices and:
1. Undertaking supervisions
2. Monitoring and reviewing the Key Person system
3. Communication with parents and other team members
4. Working with the Nursery SENCO in identifying a potential need for a referral.
5. Working with the leadership to identify resources and updates to the environment
6. Ownership and management of allergies and individual childrens specific needs
7. Sharing your knowledge of child development and endorsing all practice meets the EYFS requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
