With many years’ experience, the Management Team of Precious Care Homes LTD Group pride themselves on offering a professional and high standard of care service for our residents.

Residents need a home where individuality is emphasised, by staff who have time to give attention to small detail, and where they have the choice of enjoying the company of other residents.

Our staff always strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of our residents and to ensure their needs are met. Such needs may be physical, cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional and social. Find out more about our team.

Residents are encouraged to participate in the development of their own individualised, person centred care plans in which the involvement of family and friends may be appropriate and is greatly valued.  Find out more about our activities.

Our Care Homes use a digital care system for all aspects of residents' Care Planning and Risk Assessments.

Core values of care which are fundamental to the Philosophy of our Care Homes:

PRIVACY: The right of a resident to be left alone and undisturbed whenever they wish.

DIGNITY: The understanding of a resident's needs and treating them with respect.

INDEPENDENCE: Allowing a resident to make their own decisions and think and act for themselves.

CHOICE: Giving a resident the opportunity to select for themselves from a range of alternative options.

RIGHTS: Keeping all basic human rights available to the residents.

FULFILMENT: Enabling the resident to realise their own aims and helping them to achieve these goals in all aspects of daily living.

All Care Staff within the Care Home will be appropriately trained to deliver the highest standard of care in a sensitive manner.  A continuous staff-training programme is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in Care Practices.
