Availability is required Monday to Sunday, including during school holidays. Hours are flexible, but work involves short visits to customers in the mornings, lunchtimes and evenings, and Bedtimes you must be available in either the early mornings or the evenings or both. You must be available for weekends.
Experience is not essential as full training is provided. Most importantly, you must be 100% reliable, have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, flexible approach and get a real buzz out of helping other people.

Your Guarantee of the Finest Care and Support
When we first meet with you we can discuss in detail exactly how you would like to be supported. This enables us to develop a unique Care and Support Agreement and choose a Care and Support Worker who is most compatible with you. Whenever you meet a Care Worker for the first time, your Supervisor will be there to introduce you properly and answer any questions you may have. Our Field Care Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that you are receiving the care and support you expect and deserve. They will be available to you by telephone 24 hours a day in case of emergencies.
