Nära Nurseries Limited is a small group of children’s nurseries established in 2022, with the vision to build the most inclusive community of children, educators and families, united by our uncompromising values, and determination to ensure a better future for all.


Requirements:

Full time (only) - 38 hours per week, 4 days 8am - 18.00pm

MUST hold a Level 3+ in Childcare

Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in an early years setting.

Experience of implementing the EYFS

Leadership role in an early years setting.

Proven supervisory and coaching experience.

Background in offering exceptional childcare and education to children and families. 

Experience in managing budgets, including managing occupancy and efficient staff deployment

Paediatric first aid and first aid at work

Excellent organisation skills and ability to work on one’s own initiative and also within often tight timescales to meet targets and deadlines
