We are a residential care home for the elderly and most of our residents have Dementia. We are looking to employ an activities coordinator to join our friendly team. The role will include planning and organising in house activities, planning and leading monthly resident’s meetings and developing weekly activity programs ensuring resident’s needs are attained. The Activities Coordinator will help to create a stimulating environment whilst helping to maintain the resident's independence and dignity, supporting residents at mealtimes.
We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, committed, good team player and be able to work on their own initiative. Someone who has experience of working in a care environment.
Full time / Part time
21 - 35 hours per week
Up to £11.00 per hour
