Care Support Worker

If you've answered yes to all three questions, this may be the role for you! Here at Church View we are lucky enough to enjoy our beautiful 19th century Villa in the centre of Leicester. We have rooms for up to 8 people with learning disabilities, autism and behavioural challenges. We are looking to recruit 2 reliable, friendly and hard working people to join our established team to help provide care and support to the people living with us. The right candidates will have good communication skills, be patient, reliable and approachable. Previous experience within Care isn't essential, training will be provided, it's the person that counts! You must be able to work on a rota system and be flexible in their availability (successful candidates would be employed on a generic flexible 35 hour per week contract which may include working some nights). Training will be provided - the right attitude and a friendly nature are more important than experience! The right candidates must have: - Good communication skills. - Patience. - Be reliable and approachable. - Previous experience within Care isn't a necessity. It's the person that counts! Candidates must be COVID vaccinated, and successful applicants will need to be DBS checked and be able to provide references.
