Nursery Practitioners Role

We are a small independent nursery and after school club.

We are currently recruiting for a Lovely Nursery Practitioner to join our amazing, Outstanding team.

Ideally you will have a minimum level 2 Early Years Qualification and experience of working within a nursery setting.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, fun, creative, calm and positive with an understanding of the EYFS. We have extensive grounds and much of our learning happens outside, in addition we offer onsite Forest School sessions to all our children. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere for staff, children and their families. We look after our staff with good salaries, bonus's, free uniform, pensions, nights/meals out, Christmas and Summer parties, a flexible approach as well as training in your Early Years interests, and all statutory training.

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do, as such we follow safer recruitment guidelines and all successful candidates will be DBS checked and references will be sought prior to employment.

The role will be working within one of our 5 rooms, 35-40 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days. We use In the Moment Planning and have the child at the heart of everything we do, we provide a loving, calm, supportive atmosphere for the children, we overstaff our rooms to ensure we can provide quality care and education for our children.

The above salary is dependent on age, qualification and experience. A Signing Bonus of £300 will be paid on completion of a satisfactory probation period.
