Our client is currently seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner or Montessori Teacher to join their fantastic TERM-TIME ONLY Nursery situated near Broadstairs, Kent. They are in search of an individual who is deeply committed to delivering top-quality early years education and care for young children to support their development. This nursery prides itself on offering a free flow environment and help children to become independent, well rounded polite individuals with a desire to learn.
Key responsibilities for this role include delivering exceptional learning experiences and care, planning and executing effective teaching and learning strategies, ensuring the safety and overall well-being of the children, maintaining open and effective communication with colleagues and parents/carers to meet the unique needs of each child, and conducting accurate developmental assessments of the children.
Successful applicants must hold a childcare qualification as minimum of a Level 3 or its equivalent in Early Years, and they should possess a strong passion and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
