We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Senior Care Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct person-centered care to all residents, promoting their individuality and dignity at all times.
- Administering medication
- Assisting residents with personal care duties whilst maintaining and promoting independence
- Promoting high standards of care by ensuring you deliver exceptional care duties
- Observe and review care planning needs, updating food, fluid charts and any other supplementary files and daily notes etc
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and have a Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferably)
You will be working on day shifts, either from 7 am to 2.15 pm OR 2 pm to 9.15 pm. You will be covering some weekends during a month.
