Oaklands is a 15-bed Residential Care Home for Elder People. It has been operating in Brightlinsea for more than two decades. Primos Care took over its ownership in March 2018 and has made significant improvements to the staffing as well as the infrastructure.

We are currently recruiting for care workers to support service user to achieve maximum independence. Ensure that the Service Users working environment is safe. Ensure confidentiality. Ensure adequate knowledge and comply with risk assessments.
Candidates MUST have the right to work in the UK and NO sponsorship for work permit.
Hours - shift patterns is usually between (8am - 8pm Long Day ) then Night (8pm-8am)
No previous experience required
