Support Worker

Pay: Earn up to £14.50 per hour

SHIFTS: 8am-8pm (20 hours-40 hours available)

Supported Living services across Somerset, we’re looking for compassionate

Support Workers to empower adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and

Special Needs—helping them live with confidence, dignity, and independence.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-to-1, person-centred support so adults with Learning

Disabilities, Autism, and Special Needs can live independently and

achieve their goals.

• Organise and run confidence-building community activities while

promoting personal choice.

• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with families,

professionals, and our values-driven team.

• Work a variety of shifts, including occasional nights (on a rota basis).

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient, and resilient personality

• At least 1 year of support care experience

• Flexibility and enthusiasm for supporting active lifestyles

• A full, clean UK driving licence (both manual and automatic)

• Sponsorship will be considered for suitable candidates.
