Job Requirements / Description

Key responsibilities:

·     Liasing with outside healthcare professionals, clients and family.

·     Staff team management. Includes 5 office staff and 23 care staff.

·     Ensuring CQC compliance and company policies are followed and adhered to.

·     You would be responsible for the day to day running of the office.

·     Work with colleagues and external IT support to implement a digital system within the next 12 months.

 

Requirements:

·     Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

·     GCSE’s or above.

 

Experience:

·     2 years’ experience in management.

·     Previous experience in CQC compliance and domiciliary care would be advantageous.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

The role requires a compassionate individual. You will work closely with and be supported by the registered manager. If you are passionate about adult care and have the necessary experience, we would love to hear from you.

Care and Support in your own home by Competent & Courteous Staff

 

Based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, Greigcare provide support to adults, to enable them to continue to live independently in the comfort of their own home. This can be offered to the young disabled, elderly, those recovering from ill health or following a discharge from hospital.


The range of services offered through our vetted and fully trained care staff include:

  • Personal Care
  • Assistance with getting up and going to bed
  • Bathing and showering
  • Washing and dressing
  • Toileting
  • Bed making and changing
  • Helping with meal preparation
  • Administering medication from a Monitored Dosage System and any other medication with the authorised MAR chart. (Medication Administration Record)
