Pay: £14 – £18 per hour
Experience: Minimum 2 years in care & leadership experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts & supervise staff
- Medication administration & MAR charts
- Incident reporting & safeguarding
- Support care planning & risk assessments
- Ensure compliance & quality standards
Requirements (ESSENTIAL):
- Minimum 2 years UK care experience
- At least 12 months in a senior/lead role
- Experience administering & recording medication (MAR charts)
- Experience leading shifts & supervising staff
- Strong safeguarding knowledge & incident reporting experience
- Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour, autism, or complex needs
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
